This adapter/kit is designed to be used with the guard on the grinder removed.  See pictures with guard fitted and removed.  It can be used with the guard in place but it is not ideal and compromises its use slightly.  If you are not happy to remove the guard please do not purchase.  We cannot take responsibility for any injury caused by the removal of the guard.  All usual Personal protective equipment should be used with this grinder and adpater combination I.E. Eye protection, Suitable gloves and some form of hearing protection.
 
The kit comes with the security driver required to remove the guard.  See pictures to give you some idea of what is required to remove the guard and fit the adapter.  It is very simple and full instructions will be supplied upon purchase. 
 
Made from an industrial grade plastic and then fitted with steel threaded insert to ensure the thread will last thousands of fitments.  The colour of the adapter can vary so you may get black, yellow, green etc but it is only the colour that is different.  The base material will always be the same just a different pigment added to it.  All the colours are equally as strong as one another.
 
This has been extensively tested and is much stronger than it requires to be. This is to ensure a guaranteed long life of the adapter.  It is impossible to break in normal use.  There has been a very long field test in a garage environment along with us bench testing and running the adapter at 50,000rpm

You will receive one adapter, one security screw driver and one high tensile screw as shown in picture 3.  No sanding disc or grinder included and are shown for illustration only.
 
We recommend the use of the 50mm Roloc products with this grinder.  You can use the 75mm Roloc products but because of the high RPM the larger discs can induce vibration.
